Its unlikely Wagner is going to be any more capable than Putin at boosting Russian capabilities in Ukraine, its far more likely they pull back slowly to consolidate their hold in Russia.

There's no way they let Prigozhin live after this, so it could be he's taking the opportunity to deal with any logistical issues they've had after that fuel dump was blown up. Or Russia actually did manage to get something more frightening than the riot police to Moscow. Either way, they cannot allow him to live very long now. This is light years beyond anything that Putin could possibly allow to go unanswered.
