It's a good instinctive response to have to find the idea of somebody having their wedding spoiled upsetting, but I think it is a better, thoughtful response that utilizes a deeper level of compassion to think about how many people will not live to see their weddings because of him. You don't have to stop your thoughts and feelings at the first impression.

Also you can be anti capital punishment for a lot of good reasons on the theme of "the state can't be trusted to figure out who should die" but I certainly don't subscribe to the idea that nobody could possibly deserve death for their actions. It's a thing very few people will ever be in the position to be able to achieve, because I think it requires institutional power to pull off, but people throughout history and to this day, still manage to achieve it.
