The base ump has the authority to say that the runner was pushed off so he's still safe, effectively overruling the replay, but he didn't. Malachi Moore is a rookie ump, and so far he seems to be doing poorly. He'll eject you in a heartbeat but won't exercise his authority to make the right call.
