Run your garbage disposal before running your dishwasher. The drains are probably tied together and you won't get that pool this way.

Thanks for trying to help but the situation is different; the dishwasher has a little sink where remnants of the processes remain,

They have ones that work via the same principle at the local chemist but they wanted like $60 a piece for them there.

Why not get an electric blanket instead? Remove the liquid from the equation.

I second the motion to not buy anything mains powered off AE.

Seems silly to have to put water in it, too. There must be some USB-rechargeable heating pads on Ali that avoid all that.

Wouldn’t basically anything on Ali with an unregulated rechargeable battery be a heating pad?

I actually never had problems with batteries, but I never leave the stuff recharging when I'm away.

I think water is a good medium to retain heat for a few hours. Also traditional hot water warmer is a thing. You pour hot water in it and put it in your bed before you go to sleep (in the poor regions that don't have winter heating).

I read that description and couldn't tell if you only need to pour water into it 1 time and afterward you only heat it with power. Yeah $5 is a bit scary to connect to a 110v outlet. It's one thing a $5 usb gadget malfunction. This $5 thing is too cheap to have any battery in it, it must have heating element only.

----

In other Temu news I got 3 different $5 credit from 1 single order. They split the 14 item order into 3 packages and only 2 packs came late so I have no idea how I got $15 credit. Also got three $20 of 50 coupon out of nowhere. But only valid for 12 hours. I hate these ticking coupons. It's impossible for me to decide on something in short notice. I ended up letting them expire.

Anyone ever bought storage shelves on Ali? I'm looking at something like this:

Ali $34: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804961450537.html
Amazon $50: https://www.amazon.com/Topeakmart-Utility-Shelving-Adjustable-Shelving/dp/B0BQ6LGWRB/
Looks like in-store at Walmart and Home Depot is closer to $100.

Since it is a sizeable object with some weight. I'd just assume shipping would be insane.

You might want to add how much weight you are planning to put on it, the one you linked to on ali only looks strong enough for displaying a few gundams and nothing else. If you need strong shelves search around the second hand market you can sometimes find old store racking being sold off for cheap.

HYLLIS from Ikea are cheap if you have a way of getting them home. I wouldn't bother with heavy stuff like that from ali though.

I have a couple of this too. Actually I don't recommend it. The metal is way too thin and the shelving is just too shallow. I had to add extra woods to the back. A normal wood shell like Billy is stronger. I know they are more cardboard than wood, but still stronger.

That's fair, I have a couple in my kitchen I use for storing big tubs of flour and they work well for that. The shallowness is actually a bonus, because I have them in a weird corner.
