I was just looking at Baker's stats with the Rams and lol I had no idea he led the Rams to a 51-14 win over the Broncos. Russ threw 3 picks and got benched(or hurt?). Truly incredible just how dog poo poo bad the Broncos were last year.

Late season TNF Rams/Raiders was the least appealing matchup imaginable and instead we were treated to this insane Baker walkoff win despite having received the playbook like the day before. Unrelated but I feel compelled to mention that the Raiders also gave Jeff Saturday his only win as a coach in his first ever game  The Denver game was more about Cam Akers going ballistic out of nowhere, Russ having an all time meltdown (he did get benched, not hurt), and the Broncos D having 1000% quit on the season but it was still extremely funny. it makes sense to start baker mayfield coming into his sixth season. historically, seasons 6 through 10 are typically the best for franchise quarterbacks.

I think 1 set of joint practices makes a ton of sense. Gives your team a chance to hit somebody who isn't on their own team and some blow off. TC fights happen all the time anyway, might as well be with some weak rear end bitches from a few states away.
