Yeah it took me a bit to learn the voices and what each guy’s deal is but I enjoy it. It’s entertaining, they cover news that matters with good guests, and it’s not presented through outrage fueling hot takes. If I have one quibble it’s that at the end of the day they are NFL employees and it feels like on certain topics like gambling they’ve been given their marching orders. But overall they have pretty wide leeway to criticize teams and the league, like they were very openly disdainful of how everything around DeShaun Watson was handled. Also their best friend and co host Chris Wessling died of cancer while ago and they bring him up often. Just in case you’re wondering why they keep talking about this guy who isn’t on the show. He obviously meant a lot to them.

The ringer participants have grating voices, which is not ideal for an audio media. But I was impressed by the research and nuance of some of their episodes - like the long form audio essay on how often teams should do play action.
