Any Sacramento goons going to Aftershock this year? Fuckin 90s dadrock lineup gonna be off the hook. I've got 4-day passes for my daughter and I. Absolutely can't wait to see Pantera since I never got to see them prior. Also, unironically can't wait to see Limp Bizkit.

Ulthima's album from a couple years ago is probably my favorite Bodom-esque release of the last while though.

It's a capable bodom clone, reminds me a tiny bit of ensiferum which was of the same era so Yeah Hatebreeder is the best bodom album btw

You could have told me this was some sort of early 2000's Kalmah/Norther/CoB supergroup and I would have absolutely believed you. Massive They Will Return/Something Wild vibes.

Which is funny because the linked Warmen is a Norther/CoB supergroup, but yeah that Ulthima has sorta become my go-to shreddy weedly weedly melodeath album.

I went a long time without seeing a metal show live, but I went to vader earlier this year and got stoked on shows again. seeing blackbraid/gaerea in october and cattle decap/immolation/castrator/sangguisuckmyboggs or whatever in December. I need more patches on my jacket

I never actually wore my battle jacket when I had one But someone proposed the idea of 'battle shorts' and I think they're right I think I need to cover some jorts in patches
|
# ? Sep 7, 2023 16:22 |

if the shorts are the appropriate length, you’d only be able to fit like 3 or 4 patches on there
