I know Cyberpunk 2077 is something of a low hanging fruit but I thought these were good, all before 1.6 (possible spoilers): This guy isn't supposed to be a wacky ragdoll https://i.imgur.com/WXkFtJM.mp4 This happened after winning a race https://i.imgur.com/PcUWxaF.mp4 And this after putting some corpses on the bed of a pickup, excuse the brightness, I was playing on a sunny day https://i.imgur.com/rXpvQXX.mp4 I have a good compilation but it's like 280MB so Imgur won't accept it.

What is happening in it? All I see is... guy throws propane tank toward ship. Ship opens and closes. Takes off. Then people get scattered. Take me through it.

The pirate flight captain correctly identified a hazard and left immediately. The ground assault crew left later

The setup for the scene is that some space pirates are coming in hot to snag some loot from your mining outpost. Normally the ship door would open, some bad guys would come out, and there'd be a big firefight. Instead, ship door opens, bad guys are who knows where, ship goes "well, that's me done", closes up and flies off, and then helpfully scatters some dead bad guys over a few square miles, with some ragdoll bouncing thrown in for comedy.

Its hard to tell but I think the canister might have blocked the ramp from opening fully, which caused it to cancel early and messed up the timing of the script.

I linked this to someone else and they told me its a result of installing Starfield on an HDD rather than an SSD, which apparently fucks up the load times so you get stuff like the pirates not loading in until their ride is back in mid-air and even then loading in behind it.

Classic Bethesda Lucky its an actual ship and not an NPC with a spaceship for a head

If it is a thing with installing on a HDD, I probably wouldn't blame that on Bethesda entirely, the minimum requirements does list needing an SSD. You're starting to see more games needing SSDs now that games are finally skipping the PS4 and Xbone. The Dead Space remake earlier this year needed an SSD, and if you played that with an HDD it would bug out because it couldn't load fast enough.

Yep, I'm not surprised. Starfield is the second game after Dead Space that I had issues running on the HDD it installed to by default. Dead Space was more loading geometry or enemies in while traveling between areas, but Starfield just had constant problems freezing to load things the whole time I was playing. Moved it to an SSD and instantly worked fine.

Yeah, that's a classic Bethesda thing. The contents of every shop have to be in a container somewhere in the map. Almost always it's out of bounds and inaccessible. For some reason, they occasionally put them way too close to the playable area and people can find the right spot to look at to open them and take poo poo.

I think to myself would the game be better without all the glitches? Probably not. Maybe that's all bethesda has anymore, lazy programming that becomes memes.

There was also that time in Fallout 76 where the dev room with literally all ingame items could be teleported to by players Of course made funnier by the reaction of banning people who they thought had gone into said room - including any people who had an item from the room that was traded to them by other players.
