it should also be noted that the house was unable to pass these spending bills over the summer because Gaetz and crew were demanding larger cuts to programs that was probably just a ploy by Gaetz to get rid of McCarthy, but there were probably also some true believers who still want bigger cuts whose votes will need to be won over
