I mean, Jita is the only HS trade hub that has any serious volume in most stuff, though Amarr is good for buy orders for wormhole stuff since it's weighted by having a bunch of systems. Also, redfrog lets you get a freighter load to our rear end end of amarr from Jita for like 56m as long as the collateral is less than 1.5b

Low-sec route between jita and amarr sees a good amount of stuff blown up but unsure how much is dumb people autopiloting in a basic hauler/freighter and people actively taking preparations w low align high tank stuff getting blown up anyway.

I just looked at what you need to build caps and it's so weird. you need PI, T2 components, and wormhole gas to make capitals? did they change how gas works? did PI get an overhaul?

Oh, and the PI required has been drastically reduced since the re-did capital industry initially. I'm still waiting for the amount of moon goo needed to come down

Myrm or Ishtar are premier ratting ships, but Mining Barges like the Procurer can tank a bit and throw out five medium drones to an Ishtar’s five heavies. It’s slower, but even a single Procurer + drones can take out a rat spawn of battleships with the caveat to watch your shields and maybe recall drones and warp off to build shields back up a bit before finishing them off. I mine in three Procurers or a Porpoise + two Procurers and 15 drones just melt belt rat spawns. And if you skill to Exhumers, a goddamn Skiff can tank just about anything rats can do all by itself. Often I’ll make bookmarks of specific rocks with a covops ship, and if there are rats reship and deal with them, then mine. Not everyone multi-boxes, but mining is one of those activities that just scales well with a couple of accounts. As always, the real danger is other players.

Yeah, don’t overlook gas mining, either. A Venture with a Probe Scanner can make bank for a new player in Wormhole spaces huffing gas, enough to pay for a ship with one full hold of space farts. It’s riskier, and easier/safer in a Prospect, but Ventures are way more versatile than they appear and can do a new player good!

Huffing gas in wormhole is basically the same as doing data sites, higher risk w/o covert op ships but cheap as hell and a way to learn not to get caught so I approve.

Medium blasters are also a different kind of disappointment, unless you put them on an ENI, which fixes them with a 125% damage bonus. Medium hybrids really need a buff, probably with a corresponding nerf on the ENI.

TAPI are back? Brave is now part of Imperium? Do we still hate Imperium? What is going on with the badlands to the south? Is there going to be a big war anytime soon? So I basically soft-quit a year or so ago after the logs with Mittens calling a harassment victim "Amber Heard" came out. I'm sure there are many dramatic ways to answer these questions, but if anyone itt would answer them simply and directly I'd appreciate it.

Actual answer: elusif (who has previously been known for massive botting and rmt operations, no idea why they let him in anyways) made an intel network for GooseFleet. When leadership learned that it used scripts and bots they removed him from the alliance. Reddit made a huge deal like everyone in the alliance was ok with it, leading to D’Ceet, who was running for csm, to drop out of the csm campaign, and the at-the-time ceo Siobhan/Dragonshardz to biomass. GooseFleet is still very cool.

Game is doing well, good new expansions are coming out and player pop is rising. Asher is the ceo of goonswarm, whether he’s doing a good job is up to debate. Not that I’m aware of, but I have heard people talking about that happening if goons have really changed. Some deltas might need to add to that.
