Virtually all nurses who are not both very experienced (in terms of years worked) and highly ranked - so only the most experienced specialist nurses and nurse managers would survive. To be fair if you've gotten that far you'd most probably have a PR at this point. All the lower ranks that you actually need loads of to keep the system running and are imported en masse from everywhere are going to get hosed. All the junior doctors who are not specialist trainees (4+ years post graduation) are also gonna be screwed. Again you also need loads of them to actually run the show and we keep importing them from all over. There will inevitably be exemptions for these as the NHS will have a cardiac arrest before you even finish deporting the cleaners much less the actual healthcare staff.
