I chose the manual one because I thought the slower experience would be more meditative, however I am far from consistent in my AM zen I also had to order a new burr for it because the one that came with was askew

If you do espresso and have multiple bags of coffee on the go, Niche Zero is the best single-dose grinder I've used. It's conical burr, not flat, but still produces a very consistent grind through its whole range. Also pretty quiet. https://www.nichecoffee.co.uk/
