I mean, I'd eat that, and I'm open to loving it. But it looks pretty far from my ideal ice cream sandwich. Nightingale's The Classic is the best store-bought one I've found thus far: Dense, soft flavorful cookie/brownie hybrid, creamy real quality vanilla bean ice cream, ideal ratio of each. Perfectly balanced with delicious subtlety, elevated but not fancy, doesn't stray too far from what's worked since the dawn of ice cream sandwiches. Runner up is Cookie Monster:

When Hamilton was first playing I remember my friend got really disappointed that she could only get tickets to the shows that Lin Manuel Miranda's understudy was doing, and not the ones that he himself was performing because those were more expensive. Flash forward like 4 years and I watched the version that Disney put out and lmao I think she got a bargain, that guy cannot sing or rap for poo poo. It's neoliberal drivel but it is well-written, why can't you just leave it at that and hire somebody to play the lead role instead of getting outshone by literally every other person in the cast?
