I'm more in favor of regular menus as well, especially because in my experience, it's a lot harder/drat near impossible to make any requests like "hold the onion" or something. At least more often than not, there's no way to request it short of trying to call a server over.
Like, they're fine when they work right and if they're formatted well, but I'm still definitely in favor of traditional.
