Stew, chilli, any kind of Italian food. Italian food is wrong though. It's just as good the day before but in a different way. The second day good is a different good. Second day chilli is so much better than fresh chilli it's not even a competition. I guess because it's so easy to reheat and nothing is going to get too soft or too hard and the flavors just intensify so well. Thoughts?

You can reduce in a slow cooker by leaving the lid ajar or just taking it off. You just need a space for the evaporated water to escape
