There are state programs for kids without private insurance and ACA subsidies can cover some to all of premiums on exchange plans. California has a version of single payer healthcare, which extends to undocumented residents. I didn’t realize New York had the same. Maybe they do, maybe they don’t. Musk knows as much about healthcare as he does Pop-Tarts.
