I would say Israelis (probably mostly non-Arab and non-Haredi Israelis) leaving en masse is not exactly a great thing for the long-term future of Israel and if anything even if a ceasefire is signed is probably going to be an acceleration of a long-term trend of shrinking manpower pool for the IDF.
