They set up a token PR meeting between her, the studio head, and some representative LGBT employees and she refused. Had she done the bare minimum, I am fairly certain they would have swept this under the rug. It's pretty clear she wanted onto the grievance grift circuit and has since realized it doesn't pay all that well.
