Everyone overlooks that Twister had an ice cold plot. The 'bad guy' was just a kinda run-of-the-mill rear end in a top hat, no worse than what most people work with on a daily basis, and yet it makes it seem like it's totally okay and even some kind of victory that he gets killed.
