Not really, since the numbers already went up before the story starts. It's mostly a comedy about someone with no social skills but maxed stats because she spent her entire childhood grinding monsters. Unlike I'm thinking of something else; I'm not watching it either but I think I read the manga a while ago.

yea the lv99 one. was lacking for an episode or two, but this week's is a good one with a decent punchline, felt like a good little contained arc in one go.

Villainess Lv 99 is good; as others have said the leveling is already done, so it’s basically a slice of life/comedy about a musclehead with no social skills trying to deal with other people who are (rightfully) wary of her. The Ultimate Tank is pretty meh, or at least the manga was. It’s a more typical power fantasy where the MC is already super strong but just continues to get stronger, all for the sake of his sick little sister. While it’s probably not awful, the manga was so bland that I’d be hard pressed to give the anime a try, even as filler.

Is Doctor Elise actually good or is it patient needs mouse bites to live level of medical drama? It's a bit late in the season to add a whole show but I can put it on my backlog if it's good. I actually watch shows on my backlog, just not with the same intensity as new releases.

didn't care that the dance scene in Elise was bad, lol its just the frame bobbing up and down. Since it wasn't a highlight like the big flex in Frieren where it was the highlight of the episode.

I think I'm gonna drop Metallic Rouge from a weekly watch and catch up when it finishes. It's halfway between an episodic and a serialized story and isn't doing particularly well at either. It has its positives, sure, but a lot of the execution feels incredibly sloppy. I thought some of the abrupt cuts might have been a stylistic choice but now I think it's just bad editing.

I randomly decided to run through Sasaki and Peeps and I'm struck by two things 1) They keep adding new types of anime to this anime and I'm not sure why. And for some reason I like it better as a genre mashup than I did Recreators 2) why do the action parts look so weirdly bad

i appreciate that he just tldr's the isekai land portion because I don't really care about that side after he solves one or two minor problems there. Weakest Tamer 06 uh oh Ivy is being happy...time for the rug to be pulled from under her
