The questionaire literally had a question that was "how motivated are you by the prospect of working in a profit making environment" and it's like, what loving difference does that make to me? Apparently not picking the maximum option is enough for them to say "don't apply for any other position with us for six months" lmao. If you're not walking around with a half chub about the abstract concept of line going up while at work then we do not want to see your face again.

Also there are other motivating factors in why you might choose a job. Like the pay, conditions, ease of commute. As long as you do come to work and do your job properly it shouldn't matter why you do it.

It actually mystified the interviewer that "I actually find the job interesting" was more of a motivation than "Loadsamoney". It was a sales job that required a fair amount of product knowledge and attention to detail, so I spent a lot of my time clearing up the messes caused by the loadsamoney crew.
