While Lord Belial wasn't recording from 2009-2022, a couple of the members formed Death Tyrant which is very similar sounding. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIc6y6ON008 I've found a few things I like from this Blackened Death Metal channel on youtube. There's so much music being released it feels impossible to keep up even if I give the 20+ albums a week from bandcamp a quick scrub through.

And my first metal show was when I was I think 11 or 12. My cousin was a drummer in a death metal band at the time and my mom let the band crash at our house when they played here on tour, so my cousin got me in to the show. His drumming was loving insanely fast and it blew my mind. I can't believe my conservative Catholic parents let me go to that lol. It was at a bar that's long gone. I was absolutely the youngest person there by several years.
