I have to side with the spankchup because that’s how my favourite sauce comes: Whitlocks Tomato Chutney Sauce. It’s like ketchup, if ketchup was better. A more complex flavour with fruit sweetness and balanced vinegar acidity.  I made mushroom ketchup once, it was really good. I’ll also take the opportunity to big up a nice plum sauce and sweet n sour sauce.

I've had it it occasionally growing up not in Nebraska ... It's okay. Pretty close to a French dressing I don't think it would be good on taco salad Taco salad dressing is red salsa imo

I like to combine sour cream, mayonaise, chipotle power, fresh garlic and some jalapeno pickling liquid for tacos and chickpea bowls. I think this is the best sauce.

i worked with a hmong lady and she gave me a taste of her homemade ghost pepper sauce once i was like wow that's delish and then my eyeballs started to sweat hell my skeleton was sweating my truck out in the parking lot was sweating my children broke out in hives my ancestors tombstones were sweating it was p good stuff

When I was younger I loved spicy stuff. I'd eat ghost pepper like nobody's business. Idk what changed but I hadn't had any for a decade and I went on a date to a wing place. "I'm gonna impress by eating their ghost wings." I thought. Eyebrows probably wiggling. I ate 2 of them and ended up getting some hot buffalo instead lol. They were completely unbearable. Just sweating like a pig in the booth. Still love the heat and make spicy food most meals but I definitely have my limits now.
