Them posting like an old regular in a bunch of threads with their recent regdate made it an obvious rereg and then it was just looking at who got banned shortly before then and comparing post histories.

I get the feeling that's exactly what they'd do if there was a publisher mandate for DLC and the devs maliciously complied.
