Dumb rules question: if a spell with flash ends up getting plotted, can it be cast at instant speed? Plotted cards get cast as a sorcery, but if a sorcery somehow had flash it would be able to be cast at instant speed so I'm not sure which rule takes priority.

is there a good tool for scanning your card collection? Maybe something that can help estimate which card is worth what? Honestly considering selling my cards I'm not using that are worth a lot, I have the decks I want right now, and I figure I can buy the cards I need for the deck I want later.

I use Manabox on recommendation from this thread, and it's... okay. It does the thing. I don't think a truly good scanning app exists.
