The first amendment does not cover defamation and in the court of law there is very much a restriction to full unfettered 1st amendment rights. You cannot tell a judge to go gently caress themselves then one weird trick win the appeal on the contempt by claiming 1st amendment rights. Anyway it doesn't matter, judge won't do poo poo or at best they'll give him like a $5k fine which is absolutely nothing to a multimillionaire like president trump.
