Is gas different from propane? Like pricewise I mean? Because I boiled maple syrup on propane once and it was like $80/month. Switched to induction and the electric bill was only like $30 more.

I guess as Americans you can have the right to spend $50 extra per month to cover your kitchen and cookware with a fine layer of black soot.

Natural gas is cheaper iirc. Also propane burns about twice as hot as natural gas and while your stove/oven might be able to burn it even if it isn’t designed to use propane, the higher heat can do stuff like burn out the ports in the oven/burners which then leads to exciting experiences when you turn your oven on to bake a potato or something. It’s not really a solution.

Nothing better than slathering the thick cock sauce all over wieners before sticking them in my mouth, except maybe coating it on some thick buns before sticking my meat in them.

Serious investors aren’t going to touch it because it’s a volatile meme stock with absolutely no ties to reality. Day traders are going to have a field day with it because they can get in on the pump and hopefully get out before the dump, retail MAGA dummies are going to lose their houses on it, and probably the only actual serious money that might involve itself is like, foreign interests looking for a way to influence the next potential US President

Buying DJT stock doesn’t help Trump unless it’s his shares being sold. Now I’m fully expecting the SEC filing in a month or two showing that the board allowed Trump to dump some or all of his shares this week despite the 6 month prohibition, but until that proven, we can assume that Trump’s stuck holding his shares while everyone else is getting rich selling to suckers.

And that’s a

This. Precision heat control is important and you don't get that with electric. And I don't need specialized cookware. And I don't need to bring my pans "up to temp" before starting to cook. And I can shake pans on the grates without worry that I'm going to scratch some glass-top surface under the pan.

And (admittedly a minor point), I can still prepare food if the power goes out.

Lmao practically everything you said here is false. Microwave vents can vent to the outside and there are some that actually pull decent CFM.

You get far more precision with induction than gas.

And you usually need to bring pans up to temp no matter what you’re using. You putting a steak into a cold pan to sear it, Bobby Flay?

There's no way a "serious" investor looks at Truth and thinks this is viable, let alone the next Twitter. Social media runs on externalities, a critical mass of users. People sign up and post because there are already people there. Truth doesn't have anybody, they've poisoned the well with an absurd number of people who will never ever set up an account there just because it's Trump's site, and even the people who don't care won't sign up because the people they want to t yell at won't sign up. They're just running a Mastadon instance so there's no tech there or development. Literally the only thing of "value" that Truth has is the Trump brand. Serious investors won't touch this with a ten foot pole.

What we have now are cultists who want to support Trump and people who think they're smart enough to take advantage of cultists and are trying to ride the wild swings of the price as the idiots pump and the daytraders try to time the dump. But the idiots don't have enough money to float the stock forever. Eventually they'll run out and then the stock goes into freefall. Good luck timing that, though, considering you're dealing with at least three layers of irrationality.

I am a bit surprised they let this stock go public considering all of the red flags. It should be on one of the penny stock exchanges getting pumped and dumped by the boiler rooms.
