I'm going to bed. Will probably make my pick tomorrow afternoon.

Who's a super talented guy who committed crimes that made him fall and will make everyone mad that the Eagles somehow get him?

Actually now that you mention it, doesn't seem like there's any of the so called 'low character' guys who hit a woman or got a DUI or whatever in this draft. I feel like usually there's at least one

Dammit, sorry about that- I've been doing this for years and it's the first time I've missed or I think been all that late.

An Eagles pick right now would be a DB or WR.

I debated it. Was oscillating between Cooper Dejean, Kool-aid Man, Adonai Mitchell or Byron Murphy, and Murphy won out when I thought about how Cox retired and the Eagles tend to prioritize the lines. Mitchell felt like too much of a luxury pick what with between AJ Brown and Devonta in front of him.

Murphy is an insane steal at 22. Congratulations!

I'd be pretty happy with this outcome as a Vikings fan if this happened in the real draft

Yeah I loved Nate Wiggins so much had to go with him more for my own satisfaction than anything else, but in reality if Murphy is still there at 19 then I think the Rams take him. He's an incredible player and him paired with Kobie Turner would make for one of the best pass rushing D tackle duos in the NFL if nothing else. He's a really, really good prospect and it's also very Eagles to grab him after he dropped a bit further than expected.

Penix to the Vikings is something I don't mind at all, that would be a really fun watch as Jefferson could basically replace Odunze as that go to guy. Will be really interesting to see if he goes before that in reality, right around there, or even later. Think I'd put my money on earlier given that so many teams just need to get someone.

Dallas Turner and Penix have been my ideal Vikings first round for awhile. If Turner isn't available at 11 then some other stud D-lineman,

In the spirit of taking this somewhat seriously do the Panthers have any positions other than Guard and QB that I should definitely not draft someone at?

Full disclosure, if Penix fell to 33 I was about 75/25 on taking him for the comedic value.

Panthers biggest need are WR, DB, LB, DE/EDGE

Obvs QB but let's try to keep it serious as long as possible.

Yeah as much as I think Bryce is already a bust I feel the need to keep it somewhat realistic (also because I do not believe in Bo Nix).

There's always that one guy who falls because too many GMs want to get cute with their own picks and then the other GMs just assume he was taken already and don't notice he's still available.
