There is a pretty massive vacancy rate in commercial spaces still but the residential rental space is pretty bad especially in certain cities. I don't think it is going to get any better.

Many many moons ago there was a gigantic increase in serving the rectangular pizza to kids. The kind where there was orange grease on top but it was the best tasting thing. Reason why is the tomato based pizza sauce fulfilled the fruit/veggie requirement.
