that's all true. the person who had the dream was that referee who used to post here. he was the biggest fan of the bengals around. and if it wasn't him, it was 'happy noodle boy' before that person changed teams to support the cleveland browns because of how much they liked the players.

They've basically readopted their 78-89 pattern uniform and logo, which they had already used as a throwback twice last year (Opening night when Rodgers got hurt, and then again against the Chiefs). So, all the black accents are gone from the normal home and away uniforms, they're just green and white, they went back to normal block font numbers and traditional stripes on the jerseys. They're also including green pants, so they can do white over green or all green set ups, which they didn't have back then. The all-black alternate is also updated to that pattern, which features the old logo and different numbers than the uniforms they used from 2019-2023. If you want to see an easy comparison, the Gridiron Uniforms site is great.
