I like how other weddings have problems like 'we had an open bar and my uncle got wasted and wouldn't stop feeling up the bridesmaids until we had security escort him out' and this guy's amazing tale of misbehavior is 'kid picked 4 items that he liked from the buffet to eat, and I harassed him to get other stuff he didn't like, and he didn't like it". If the stuff you picked for your buffet isn't grown-up enough for your wedding, that's really on you.

For the last few months my now old bsf has been saying how she’s struggling because i no longer make plans with her (i work full time 5 days a week and go to the gym after work with my partner). Last time I went out with her, she had promised my partner that she would take care of me and look out for me, that night she broke her promise and left me by myself for half the night, she than came back with a bunch of guys. Ever since then I stopped going out and focused more on my job, physical health and relationship.

In which a homewrecking mistress Finds Out AITA for telling my SIL that maybe she shouldn’t gently caress married men next time quote:My brother(m40) and his ex wife (f40) got divorced out of the blue. According to his ex wife she was always clear that she didn’t want kids. I don’t know the whole truth because my brother honestly avoids this question. Anyway we were still all shocked when they got divorced because these two loved each other and were inseparable. Very soon after, my brother introduced his gf to us. His very pregnant gf. Math ain’t mathing. Mom confronted my brother but he said it just happened so we contacted the ex wife and after some prodding she confessed that he has been saying that he wanted children and was having anxiety because they didn’t have much time left (this was 3-3,5 years ago). He cheated on her, she found out about it and asked for divorce.

A very...odd yet kinda wholesome one? My (35M) girlfriend (24F) wants me to act like a horse when we have sex, and I’m not into it quote:So, tiny bit of backstory, my girlfriend of 6 months loves horses, has all her life. An additional, seemingly relevant point is, during sex, she sometimes says stuff like ‘f*** me with that horse cock’. I’ve never thought much of it, I thought that was just a way of her saying it’s big. But she’s started to take it further and it’s turned into a bit of a fetish that I’m not entirely comfortable with. A few days ago, she told me she wanted to roleplay, and at first I was pretty on board, but then she said as horses. I laughed, thinking it was a joke and she took it the wrong way, and said she was tired and then went to sleep. I said gently caress it and, trying to make her feel better, said I’d do it the following day. Honestly it was okay but very, very weird, she got so into it and said it was the best she ever had, and next time wanted to buy costumes, and maybe do it on some hay. I told her no, and I didn’t want to do it again and she’s back to being mad at me. Am I being a dick here? I don’t know what to do. Sorry if wrong sub, just wanted a second opinion. quote:[Update]

Pope Corky the IX posted:Because editing and deleting posts is frowned upon unless the content is particularly egregious. It wasn't "SO offensive and objectionable" which is why it only got a sixer. It's more of a reminder "Hey, let's not with this sort of thing" before it gets out of hand yet again. I can delete the post if need be. I guess it is my bad for assuming that post allowable, as I'm still getting used to how things are handled in this thread. As I said when I PM'd you, if a sixer was warranted, I'd take it without complaint. I do think "don't post abuse" is somewhat vague. I feel like 95% of the posts in this thread could be argued to have a degree of abuse to them - to an extent, that is often the very nature of AITA/relationship posts. For the fish story, I figured that since "my aunt killed my fish" was more of a footnote/inciting event to greater drama, it would have been okay. I fully admit I was wrong in that. My apologies again as I never meant to cause a multi-page derail over a dead fish. Not trying to relitigate, just trying to understand the vibes here better so I don't make others uncomfortable with posts.

Could go either way, none of us are equipped to diagnose a random kid online based on the testimonial of their crazy aunt who thinks this counts as terrible behavior.

When I was growing up there was no limit to what they'd do to scare you into not smoking. I had to listen to speeches given by men without jaws. I still remember one video where a fetus smokes a cigarette while "Also Sprach Zarathustra" blares in the background. They'd have locked us in a closet with Jeffrey Epstein if they thought it would stop us buying a pack of smokes.
