I've eaten so much grease in the last 3 days that it disgusts me. A whole big bag of chips, a custom made pizza with nashville hot chicken on the side, and now arby's with fries and a mozzarella stick. that's like a fuckton of grease! my ancestors would've needed a couple of weeks to eat that much. I need to get more active on the track... It was good though.

I like a smooth peanut butter for a sandwich, chunky for toast. But because I only care to stock one, I have smooth. A jam with seeds like raspberry or blackberry will take care of the crunch factor, that or a harvest grain or "Good Haven" bread.
