I disagree with bernies tweet, but forgive it because unlike your abuela, he has been front and center on pushing the dems to oppose the ACA appeal.

What's your endgame for caring about Russia? Bad dems are still going to confirm Trumps SCOTUS appointments, ACA still going away, and Hillary will still never be president.

If the goal was to exonerate Hillary, tying the Russian interference to Trump wouldn't matter. The impact of the crime doesn't change if Trump knew or not. Dems are defending the ACA, like Hillary campaigned for it, and the Republicans are in disarray. Trump is bungling this poo poo massively, and the constant pressure and negative media impact of this Russia poo poo is absolutely contributing to his fuckups and is eroding his approval rating. Trump/Russia is paying dividends even if it goes nowhere, and it doesn't look like it's going nowhere right now. Pull your head out of your rear end and listen to Bernie.

Well you can be "mad" about Russia but more importantly don't let it be a distraction to what the current dem shitheads in the senate are doing behind the scenes.

Cause that's what the Bad-dems are doing right now.

Uh, not sure why you think I'm speaking for the Obama administration, but I will reiterate that Russia doesn't have out best interests at heart and that we shouldn't be cozying up to them like they do, regardless of any past deals.

As far as I'm concerned this Russia stuff seems like a roll of the dice of something that might force the true hardline white nationalists in the trump administration to resign. Even if they're replaced by total ghouls (they will be) this is a plus. If it doesn't go anywhere then who cares.

I'm not sure what mechanism you are proposing for bad dems to stop being bad in the short term. I mean primary them in 2018 but how does this russia stuff make them worse?

Imagine if Trump did a bad thing and wasn't immediately punished for it in a substantial way . I'd then have to look for another totally different thing.

No one is actually opposed to seeing what's up with the Trump/Russia poo poo and if it fucks Trump up, cool. Opposition posts are more rooted in understanding who is pushing it the most and why they're doing it: in a desperate hope that this kills republicans nationally, because the current terrifying alternative is a leftward shift of the dem party.

they are

I see news stories and posts/memes on my social media feeds from both liberal and leftist sites every single day about how donald trump's cabinet and appointees are terrible/unqualified/corrupt, about the people being hosed over by his immigration initiatives, about people terrified for their healthcare, about the ways in which trump and his family are exploiting taxpayer money to fund their lifestyle, about the trump admin's diplomatic gaffes, etc; he's been president for like two months and he's been blasted for dozens of different things thus far (and as pointed out actual investigations, including deep investigative reporting, takes time)

conservatives don't give a poo poo, and liberals are fascinated by the russia story because it's actually interesting, unlike hearing that donald trump is spending ridiculous sums on his vacations and personal security, slashing everything but defense spending and writing them a blank check, advocating a lovely republican healthcare plan that only benefits millionaires, and bungling diplomacy and military actions (because of course he's doing all that, everyone except the people who voted for him knew he was going to do all that and have been saying "he's going to do that stuff" to each other and to trump voters for a year to absolutely no avail)

the problem with the media and liberals is not that they aren't attacking donald trump enough, or even that they're wrong about most of what they say about him
