Not in the case of the GS430 my brother bought. Both rear mufflers, replaced with steel pipes and decent tips. UZs sound amazing with just the cats and the middle resonator but holy poo poo are they loud. Edit: He has since added a pair of Magna flow flow throughs and it's much better.
