Akion posted:Hey does anyone have the story about some older aircraft dog-fighting a newer one in training and using a Nuclear AA rocket against it? I think it was an F-14 and some older jet, story was told by the pilot or co-pilot. It was an F-106 vs F-16s. Does anyone's position change with the fact that this wasn't in response to the embassy thing (it was being considered before hand) and was instead a response to some actionable intelligence that showed Americans were being actively targeted? https://www.cnn.com/2020/01/03/politics/donald-trump-qasem-soleimani-tick-tock-timeline/index.html And yes, the rest of that article is extremely weird.
