I thought this episode was great. Practically died during plugs when Lauren plugged twitter.com/disney.

The crowd did seem kind of flat for the live SX episode. This is pure conjecture here but it does seem like the comedy side of SXSW has blown up the last couple years and a lot of these things are now basically badge only admittance. Again pure conjecture but when I was down there the a couple years ago a lot of the comedy stuff was free/no badge needed. Priority was sometimes given to badge holders but I went to a WTF show, a Doug Loves Movies, and some other stuff all for free. Maybe with badge only stuff its just people kind of wandering in? I don't know. It just seemed like the crowd from the get go wasn't on board as acknowledged by Scott's own "that's how i like to start things off, with tepid laughs" comment.

I also doubt the crowd was mic'd but you can hear when there is decent laughter. It was at Esther's Follies right? that place can hold a good amount of people. Either way I thought the episode was fine. I went back and listened to the Galifinakis/Daly episode though. Man, those RHCP riffs were loving amazing.

I'm lucky enough to live in Los Angeles so going to Crash Test I've heard random funny rear end stories about the Piranha set. Also I think Adam Scott mentioned on an old CBB (Death Ray at the time) about how he saw Paul Scheer film his death scene and he was in a tank the whole day being wet and miserable and most of the footage was just cut.

Start from chronologically an listen to all of the episodes that have Andy Daly listed as a guest. Or at the very least start at 99 with Andy Daly and Patton Oswalt.

I really liked Watkins on SNL and was bummed when she got cut. I thought the character was dry but enjoyable. It was just a bit crowded with 3 people. Neil was very funny.

My favorite and I'll still listen to bits of it when I'm bored is episode 99 where Don Dimello gets a full episode and its with Patton. "I've been shot in the tummy Don."

I'm not the biggest Hodgman fan. Not a hater, I like his books and what not but the podcast was great because Tompkins. I found the entire Yale story a complete bore. Plus I love me some good butthole chat. I swear Scott likes talking about buttholes.

Cake boss is by far my least favorite character PFT does. I don't find it intolerable by any means. I generally enjoy the episodes, but its just the least interesting to me. I really like Werner Herzog though really its nearly as rote. Just different strokes.

Nick Kroll is a loving treasure. And him doing his Stallone voice makes me laugh non stop. Reminds me of the last time when he showed up. "HEY, IT'S ME, ADRIAN" Also Pegg and Frost as Caine and Connery were loving hilarious.

Nick Kroll being racist and homophobic as Stallone kills me. I was loving dying. "But at the end of that movie, he takes that left foot, and he loving bashes it through some gooks head." Out of context horrible, in the podcast I was crying.

I didn't care for those antics one bit Him throwing firecrackers while TJ Miller does a weird seizure dance and the set director walking on to stage in a panic was the funniest thing the Jeselnik Offensive had all season.
