After ten minutes, I've concluded that I don't have an infinite well of patience like I did last week, so I'll concede defeat this time. I did run a 19.089 but cut the second to last corner ever so slightly too much My B class time is on the leaderboards/in Panda's picture.

Didn't have a chance to do a final check of the LB's last night so I'll do that when I get home this evening. Looks like the last set of standings I posted will be final unless I find any times. As for the final week of events, no stock cars this week, all tuning allowed. R3 800 - Sunset Peninsula Full C425 - Alps Stadplatz Reverse (the medium length track) Good luck!

I should be ahead of PSBonnett now. I improved my time by a whole tenth after 14 laps of Road Atlanta last night. I don't understand why I was so completely terrible on both of those tracks

Whoops, forgot to post up my times. I ran a 1:27.296 at Road Atlanta in a 430s (21,919 on the leaderboard). I managed a 1:25.969 in a 997 RS at Suzuka. Not a leaderboard time because I also have a stupid Clio up there. I think the Clio thing was from a rivals event, maybe. I'll get a picture of this time up later.

I was so pissed at myself being so far off the mark that I've started doing hotlaps elsewhere again to try and get better, and in doing so, managed to set a top 200 time on Positano in B class, a track I absolutely hate. What the gently caress why couldn't I do that at Road Atlanta or Suzuka ugh.

Time for everyone's favorite thing, a racing etiquette question! I was racing in an ABC'S hopper the other day, and we were on Mugello short. I was chasing a guy into the final corner complex and he ran wide into the grass. I hit the turn and stuck to the left edge of the track. By the time he had corrected and was ready to re-enter, it was just after the turn exit on the very start of the straight. I held my ground on the outside edge of the track, and his two options were: 1) come on anyways and hit me, or 2) wait for me to pass before entering. He picked #2 and I ended up winning the race. I realize that I could have easily moved right to give him room to re-enter and I would likely have still won. But, in that situation, is one OBLIGATED to move over to let the other guy in? Keep in mind it was on a straight with no other traffic in the vicinity, so I had plenty of room. Secondary question: was I being a DICK? Heres a hasty MSPaint diagram. My line in Red, other guy in Blue, point of contention in Yellow.

# ? Apr 16, 2014 20:32 |

The car on the track gets to pick which part of the track he wants, the guy who's driving through the grass gets to pick up whatever scraps are left for his re-entry attempt. Plus, if you chased him off the track and didn't follow him off too, the car that remained on the track definitely deserves the position.
