Isn't that a good thing, though? You want things to be better, which means looking to where improvements can be made, and from then actually improving things.

Are greed and ambition necessarily good things? Is a good thing to desire that which never will be attained?

Buddhism and Christianity both treat such things as ultimately detrimental to individual happiness and spiritual peace, for example. Learning to accept one's place in life and come to terms and peace with it is something many religions emphasize as being the path to fulfillment.

Different frameworks can present attributes in both positive and negative lights.

Yeah that was mostly just... sort of dull. Anticlimactic really.

Oh, she died. Oh ok. It's for real? Er, okay I guess. Not sure what narrative point that particularly has, at all.

It would certainly explain how he has immortality without any conditions: being already amongst the undead, his immortality is ensured by his un-existence.

I was kind meh by how random Jade's death was, but the events afterwards have been pretty interesting and entertaining.

Wait I figured it out. Jane's going to find John's Dad's corpse think it's her Dad and bring him back to life. Thus, creating two Dads.

Double Dad / Double Roxy would be hysterical.

I wonder if John will accidentally let it drop that Roxy's parallel self was dating his dad. Or if they'll at all realize that his Dad and Jane's Dad are the same. :allears:

Seems legit Dirk. You tear out that soul. Go nuts.

Embarrassingly and shamefully un-legit.

WHY IS PAC-MAN NOT A CHARACTER

The studio working with Hussie is Namco Bandai's "hey, let's try to build a market / following for our old properties that we haven't gotten much out of lately". They throw money at making webcomics of said franchises or making minor tie-in games etc.

The list of properties they maintain is exactly the list included in the game thus far. Pacman is not one of their number.

The only surprising thing about Hot Topic pushing Homestuck merch is that it didn't happen sooner, tbh.

If there's one thing Hot Topic is good at, it's merchandising things well after peak popularity. See: everything.

He sold the rights to a Homestuck anime to Gainax, the only studio WTF-enough to tackle Homestuck.

Only half joking here.

(:ssh: All of the good Gainax staff have left Gainax for greener pastures)
