I remember there was some fuss about that video when it was passed around the net last time. From what I remember the T3 had been deliberately weakened and had a lot of extra weight in the back to make a show clip for the facility.

And related to that. Should probably go in mechanical failures, but it's AI awesome how the engine keeps running.

Is this still otto cycle with strait water in place of water/methanol injection, or are we talking 6 stroke crower cycle?
Still a regular 4 stroke (I guess). You just need to program your ECU to take advantage of the increased compression when the injectors are active.

Fun fact, the Saab 99 Turbo S had water injection as factory standard. A lot of ww2 warplanes also had water injection for extra power on takeoff.

1989 Mitsubishi HSR II

I think I saw this at a car show when I was like 10-11 years old. If I remember correctly it had two cameras in the front and a primitive sort of adaptive cruise control / autopilot which could (in theory) follow the painted lines on the road and keep distance to vehicles in front. The system could also lock on to a car in front and follow it automatically.

More awesome prototype vehicles

Am I wrong for saying that I like the looks of the Lagonda? I know it's a complete piece of poo poo underneath but the exterior has an odd appeal, as if Volvo and Ferrari in the 80s got together to make a car.
