At least thatll be cheap(er than euro lux brand) since most infinity parts are just iirc Nissan. Fake edit: wait no Nissan has some love relationship with CVT and i dont thin infiniti made the jump. Yup but it takes a while. But what are the chances of some rando mechanic shop having the specific fluids for a specific transmission and the specific knowledge to service it? It's not like Chrysler's 8 speed and it's specific requirements are a common thing like EFI. And since Chrysler don't have the 'dainty snowflake that must be handled only by a dealer' rep...
