Ugh, I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong but I can't seem to evolve my Inkay. It's already level 32 and it still won't evolve no matter how much I turned my 3ds around.

I got a perfect dratini from the first egg. A true christmas miracle. Also, looks like we have for about 6 to 8 hours before the pokebank opens for Japan. I hope they are generous with wonder trade.
