You can upgrade your bag in Jueno, but note you have the Mog Sack and Satchel (one of them comes from having an OTP and upgrades alongside your main bag) which you can access anywhere through the Mog House menu option, Wardrobe 1/2 can be accessed anywhere also and you can equip stuff directly from there and leave your main bag for other doodads.

Might want to try using Ashita's D3D8 to D3D9 proxy. https://forums.ashitaxi.com/viewtopic.php?t=141 Might be integrated into Ashita itself now, but I'm not positive on that.

When they added hunt marks to the game I think at least two people in the FC I'm in had some sort of heart failure upon finding Stinging Sophie in the Shroud. That was fun.

Subbing DNC for Spectral Jig is never a bad idea, I think you can get invis/sneak from the Survival Guides too? Not always the most ideal depending on where you're going though due to having to cancel invis to interact with anything. gently caress Davoi though aye

Definitely play on Asura, you can filter out the merc spam and whatnot - it's only worse there because that's where most EN players are. Most of the texture replacement stuff is kinda bad and has a habit of crashing the client in busy areas (namely Domain Invasion). Windower is definitely still a thing though and you'll likely also want to set up dgVoodoo because the game still uses Direct3D8 and modern GPUs don't like that much.

barfiller, enemybar, dressup (for blinkmenot), findall, gearswap, giltracker, invtracker, battlemod, myhome, shortcuts, spellbook, superwarp, tparty, xivbar, ffxidb and either xivcrossbar or xivhotbar are what I go for as a baseline and most all of that is in the windower repository

Shantotto 1 is always available, Shantotto II (the good one) comes and goes with campaigns. She is available now, though. Speak to a Greeter Moogle, buy her Cipher for 300 points and trade it in. e: lol I did not refresh There's also Domina Shantotto for 100 points but I can't remember if she has any use other than filling out trusts for getting the boost for having lots
