It's unreasonable to expect ones attitude to remain the same for their entire life and you're a childish poo poo slinger if you think this is some kind of "gotcha" moment. New information like what? It's not like he's just now discovered what being on a major label was like. For all the talk of how labels were dinosaurs he went running back to them really fast. I guess I'm just finding Trent increasingly lame in general over the past 4-5 years.

Semi unrelated but I just heard Daisy Berkowitz is dying of colon cancer. What a bummer, he's a large part of what made Manson great in the early years.

I don't remember whether it's been mentioned here before, but Recoiled will be released on January 24th, a semi-unauthorized release of unused Coil remixes from the 90s: http://www.amazon.com/Recoiled-Coil/dp/B00I2O9XOU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1392772255&sr=8-2&keywords=recoiled quote:1. "Gave Up (Open My Eyes)" 5:28 I wouldn't be surprised if this was shut down by Interscope eventually so I'd grab it early.

Neil Young probably has hearing loss after playing big live shows for so long. Even if there was a difference he wouldn't be able to hear it with his way-below average hearing thanks to age and probably not wearing earplugs onstage.

I wouldn't call PHM or Broken or even TDS innovative. PHM sounds like Ministry's With Sympathy, Broken again sounds like what Ministry was doing at the time, and TDS is like 90-92 Era Skinny Puppy with better production. The Fragile is where I'd say the 'NIN sound' first originated and is most exemplified, though you can see hints of it in FTDS.

I was originally going to say 'Ten Miles High' didn't make it for some reason, but I think 'Hello...' is a version of that track. The March is the music from 'Skin of a Drum' off Niggy Tardust.
