One's brother doesn't show up when Zero is all but defenseless, even though they are at the heart of One's city, because Zero is the only loose end One hasn't tied up yet.

I'm not sure what the deal with that is. I think there's a trigger point you have to pass before theyll fork over the second weapon, because the two in my party both passed over theirs, and the other two did it after the next mission.

I was using Iron Will, fully upgraded. It's got wide sweeping attacks, and the aerial heavy attack is even wider hitting. Killing via bombs is THE fastest way to clear the mission.

Upgraded Iron Will is great for these stages, because the aerial heavy has RIDICULOUS range. Abuse the poo poo out of it for missions where killing things with bombs is possible.

Play by ear. You can literally beat the final battle with your eyes closed. You counter every note two beats after it sounds.
