To me, having the first tier be a terraria-minecraft-ish kind of thing just makes me more hyped for what is to follow. Personally I really felt like a survivor rather than an adventurer to begin with.

For me, the game is now about searching for and raiding civilizations, and taking everything not nailed down. It is the most fun way to play.

Found a Glitch in a robe and wizard hat in a small castle on my desert planet. He didn't do anything for me or turn hostile.

So I killed him and moved into his castle.

Now I'm King Monkey.

My only regret is that he didn't drop the robe and hat.

You can actually get the robe and hat, so now the search is on.
