IF you don't mind me asking, how does it stack up the original Prototype? I had a lot of fun with that game and the crazy abilites that it had.

I haven't finished it yet, but it's a lot more fun and better balanced in difficulty then the first game. Haven't fought too many bosses, but from what I heard there isn't any Elizabeth Greene boss fight that are super hard this time around. Also the new main character is just having fun with his powers compared to first game where he brooding all the time.

The only thing you can do is wait and hope they do a GOTY/Complete edition for $40 after all the DLC is released.

For some reason they didn't do this with the ME Trilogy edition, even though Lair of the Shadow Broker was essential to the ME3 plot. So you can buy the trilogy for $50, then spend another $50 for all the never discounted DLC.

Yeah the closest we ever got to a "GotY" Edition was on the PS3 of all systems, as it had all the major DLCs for Mass Effect 2 except The Arrival with ME2.

Just pause it and quit as soon as Shepard and Anderson are together, and Anderson says "We did it, huh." and Shepard replies with "Yup."

Just add this after that scene and it will be hundred percent better.

It still sucks that Wolfenstein 2009 isn't back on the store. I bought it on Steam shortly before it got pulled, but didn't really play it until this week after Kragger gifted me The New Order, which prompted me to finally play the previous game. I am really liking it so far, even if hard is really easy. But at the same time while there are mods that I guess make it harder in hard...it way to satisfying to mow down wave after wave of Nazi with a plasma canon to care.

Thank you Kragger for the birthday gift of Child of Light and Crimson Land. Which speaking of Child of Light, I heard it a good idea to play it on hard, as it suppose to be too easy otherwise. Is this true, because when I tried the demo I just got my rear end kicked when I was fighting monsters on hard.

With all the expansions it the best in the series, which as much I liked Sims 3...never quite reach it's high. Just a shame it doesn't let you customize hair/clothes like Sims 3, but then again Sims 4 won't have that feature either for some reason.

I almost near the end of Guacamelee Super Turbo Championship Edition, and I am loving how much they changed the game from the base game. However I really wish they fixed the difficulty of the Tree Puzzle to get one of the mask pieces, as it still a pain in the rear end. Still worth the $5 upgrade price for the new areas and the much needed Devil Trigger.

Yeah I try that part again later. I just hate the part where if you run out of HPs then you have to redo the entire room. Then again it my fault since I was using the low HP Devil Suit during that part.

If you have an Nvidia it seems to work fine from what I can tell.

Yeah just alt tab every once in a while and it works great on a ATI card.

Man, I get to put a refund request on Steam Support because I found out the hard way that my computer isn't up to speed anymore. I didn't bother looking at the Dead Rising 3 specs, but man my PC doesn't even meet the minimum specs on a lot of stuff. Dunno why that the case, but I do know for a fact 1920 x 1080 is in the game. So there must be something causing it to not give you the actual resolution you want.

The only iffy part of RE4's PC re-release was mouse control. There was a really weird deadzone which meant you had to move the mouse really far to get a relatively small amount of movement. Yeah, even through they did put out a patch yesterday that fixes some issues that flat let people not play the game at all or issues that would eat saves. Nothing yet on fixing the FPSs yet, but maybe in a week or so. That said, the game is really fun when it does work even if it has some changes that are nice but also feel like a downgrade, like the survivors escorting themselves out of danger, with the ones that follow you just being your bodyguards.

Yeah I notice that is a major complaint about Dead Rising 3 is the fact it got rid of the survivor system for something far more sane (most just leave when you save them, rest just tag along to help out and can be dismissed) or having a locker with all possible weapons you found or made.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I liked the timed aspect of the Dead Rising series and the third feels like a bit of a slog without it.

It definitely doesn't have as many side missions which have been replaced with tracking down Frank statues and schematics. And I enjoyed having to prioritize where I was going to effectively save the most people. Then having a train if like 10 survivors head back to the house.

Also DR3 just ate my save, so looks like I'm starting over. :(

At least it saved my level and collected stuff.

You could always try starting the new game in Nightmare Mode, which I guess tries to put it back in more traditional Dead Rising timing.
