Sega or Gameguard broke something for me again because I'm just getting illegal error crashes left and right tonight. I just wanted to hunt a Twin Agito!

Pendulum Roll got a nice buff, so it's good for doing damage while slightly moving forward to keep an enemy in range. I think Flash Thousand got a slight range buff as well, I'm hitting things a bit more reliably with it.

To be fair, cmode was just memorizing button combinations and knowing what rooms to go to. The only real challenge in that mode is the gal gryphon and olga flow fights.

Mag cap was 99 in beta. I think it was 150 on release, then right around the release of Extreme Quests they bumped it up to 175. I can't recall anything inbetween then. I'm willing to bet the release of Ultimate will give them enough reason to push it up again. When it happens you better hold on to all your 7-9* weapons because they're going to skyrocket in price. Insomuch as they'll cost 10,500 meseta instead of 1,050

Trade in a number of AC scratch items in the Recycle Shop to get a color change pass. You can buy a bunch of cheap CAST parts off player shops to trade in.

Go to the scratch menu, pick a scratch and pick the bottom option to look at the prize list. Rule of thumb is any clothing item that's not a default will work. Anything else would probably be too expensive.

Closed beta was 3 classes, 2 areas, 1 emergency quest area, level 20 cap. Now there's over 12 areas, 8 classes, many more emergency quests, entire story arcs if that's your thing, brand new skill trees that make things a lot more accessable. Aside from the core mechanics which were always fine, almost everything is new and improved. Definitely worth checking out if you've been gone for so long.

Vardha's shoulder clusterbombs you pretty much have to go into TPS aiming mode to hit with daggers. It's satisfying to do as it feels like you're gaming the system, though.

You could pull out another 200 HP (or 20 PP if that's your thing) with soul+stat+stamina/spirita on each piece of your armor and it really isn't that hard to do. The most annoying part is making your fodder pieces by buying from shops. All the +10% affix booster items you inevitably pile up from +10ing weapons will help with that step, too. If you have access to PSO2es you can farm the bosses on there for chances for Soul Receptor items which make souls transfer with 100% success, helps a lot. Soul Receptors on units also sell for a ton of meseta if it came with the boss soul as well, like Quartz or Mizer.

If you add me on es I guarantee I'll either have my Tranmizer chip for wrecking desert mobs, my Lisa Chip for all around usefulness, or my 10* Grenade Shell chip for really strong assists set at all times. At least I think it's a strong assist. At the very least, it's another 15-25 FUN you can earn.

The Guld Milla nerf seems kind of sad given how iconic of a weapon it is. Though given how quickly it was released in this game's lifespan it became too common to remain that powerful. Guld Milla+ as a 14* or some other lazy reskin might show up later on in the former glory along with Eternal Psychodrive or something.

I don't remember at what point it starts dropping off, but unless they changed it recently with episode 3 it's typically 75% of normal EXP on the start of the drop off, then another 5% taken every level above that dropoff.

I'm not too well practiced with daggers, but I find them to be the weakest mobbing tools a fighter has. Bloody Sarabande is the best thing you'll have for mobbing due to its wide AoE. I suggest if you're going to be mobbing with it, setting Sarabande on your first PA slot, dashing towards a group to pull out your daggers, make a short hop to boost your gear gauge one level, then do a mid-air twirl to get the last level and PA out of that. Juggling is rather hit-or-miss depending on what you're trying to attack, and as far as I'm aware, your "make enemy airborne" moves have a very small range meaning you'll likely only launch one or two enemies, separating them from the mob and defeating the purpose of attacking the entire group at once with Sarabande. Take what I say with a grain of salt though, as I only really use my daggers against certain bosses. I tend to use Chaos Rise with doublesabers for the sake of mobbing personally.

I hated that Bullet Keep didn't work with gunslashes so I had to throw away any left over weak bullets during a Bayaribbles encounter or risk getting screwed over by an unboxed drop. I wonder if this'll work even when you're dead while the crystal drops. That would relieve so much stress in UQs.

Since we're talking about wands, I've been meaning to find out: does the amount of element on a wand affect wand gear's damage at all? Like, is there a difference between a 30 light wand and a 50 light wand?

Weird. I always thought 200k was the floor price for any AC scratch item because of the recycle shop. It does suck for CASTs since they have to buy 3 pieces to get a full outfit (four if you include the super-expensive head!) while everyone else only buys one. Alas, it'll probably never change since a vast majority of the playerbase are all lolis.

My level 3 one says 0.5% I can't ever seem to heal more than 30 HP in one shot, so the 50 cap is not that relevant for now. The gun's pointless now. To be honest, with the neutering of S-Roll JA (a good thing) and the lack of any real compensation for power on PAs (a bad thing) gunner's probably the least played mainclass right now.

Focus on daily boost orders first and get your daily boost to 30%. That'll get you 30% more exp (and meseta and rares)everywhere. Early on it'd be best to keep playing Ranger in super hard mode with bouncer as a subclass until it reaches maybe level 15 or 20 or so which lets you get a decent head start in the skilltree. Do Hans' "New ______ trial" COs frequently combined with the matching super hard boss COs, that will net your ranger about 45000 to 60000 exp and your bouncer 4500 to 6000 which will get it past those early levels real fast. As for gearing up bouncer, Magatsu on super hard will have a high chance at dropping the highest stat 10* boots and dualblades currently in the game which should set a nice baseline of power at +10. These and these. Just be aware they have dexterity requirements instead of s-atk and t-atk.
