I dunno, I haven't really noticed any real difference between the FOX and TBS seasons (outside of less censoring and those weird cold openings). I thought the Thai prison episode in particular is one of the best episodes they've done in years.

I still like the show well enough, but it feels different in not a great way. Did they lose writers in the shift from Fox to TBS?

I think Barker (or Weitzman, I can't remember) left for this season.

For what it's worth, I've thought this season has been pretty decent (except maybe the roller derby episode).

Cleveland Show sucked because it never really found an identity beyond "this resembles Family Guy if you squint at it long enough". American Dad's writers were smart enough to realize that wouldn't work and found their own style really early on.

Also if there was any character from FG that warranted a spinoff, it probably would have been Joe.

I actually liked MMJ, and I didn't really feel like American Fung was the trainwreck everyone says it was either.

The real answer for worst episode of AD would have to be one of the really early ones, back when they were still trying to be "political Family Guy".

Will those unaired episodes ever be aired/released?

I think those are the titles for the upcoming season.

Some pretty great titles in there too. Interesting to see them do another two-part episode this season.

This past slowcooker/young Hailey episode should have been the season premiere.

It's really a shame that they decided to open the season with one of the worst episodes they've ever done because the last two weeks have been classic AD.

Another seriously fantastic episode. I liked that he programmed the robots in his persona factory to feel pain.

Better yet, programmed specifically to only feel the sensation of being burned alive.

Am I crazy or is the tone way off for this show since it moved from fox? It's the most glaring in the first couple of TBS episodes but it doesn't ever seem to fully come back either. I really like this show, it's the best McFarlane thing and all, but it really seems like different people are making the show or something.

One of the creators left and there was a pretty big shakeup in the writers room for the TBS seasons, but I haven't really noticed much of a difference outside of a few weaker episodes.

Is it just me or is this season filled with winners so far? How is this possible with a show this old? Simpsons couldn't even make it this long.

Last season was great too. This is one of the most insanely consistent shows I've seen.

One tiny joke I appreciated was Klaus' Christmas present being addressed to himself

Another great episode, even if the spaghetti B-plot was kind of weird.

Final Space looks really nice and has some interesting ideas, but I think it suffers from having a really annoying main character. I'd be interested in watching more but they really need to tone down all the obnoxious yelling.
