Waffle! posted:I got the D10 in the Basement and used it in a room with flies in it. It turned them into the laser eyeballs from the Womb! Never picking that up again. I think you're supposed to use it on later enemies to turn them into weaker enemies.

Beat Sheol  Eve with Taurus, Daddy Long Legs and Robo Baby 2 among others (got a ton of power upgrades as well). Pretty overpowered.
