I kept a little bowl of candy at my desk when I worked at a call center but once word got around people were emptying it so quickly I couldn't afford to keep it filled. Reminded me of when I had a bird feeder!

I've been following his Instagram a while now and it's full of stuff like this.

One of my favorites is a very short video of him doing intense shoulder shrugs with a few hundred pounds and he sees someone in the gym talking to someone or otherwise slacking off and he barks "FOCUS!" but then immediately breaks into that huge smile of his.

EDIT: When I'm heading to the gym at 0430 and I see one of Rock's early-morning workout posts it definitely helps with motivation.

I've seen ravens here in L.A. and they're big! The huge beak is a good guide, as well as their croaking calls. A funny youtube video had a good differentiation rule related to calling: crows rock to caw and ravens just rock. (Crows rock their body while they call, while the ravens call is a hoarse "rock" sound without the rocking motion.)
